The QR code is added automatically when an NFC tag is linked to the card, so it leads to your mini-site. At the initial design stage there is no tag yet, so it is not shown.
The downloadable preview is low resolution with a Linx logo. To print at full quality you save the design, purchase a Linx card, and the high-quality version is saved and sent to print.
