Terms of Use and Service Agreement
A legally binding agreement between Linx Tech (Authorized Dealer Peter Kobi Gor, ID 032625048), Ness Ziona, Israel, and the user of the services. Use of the website, the dashboard, the mini-sites and the purchase of hardware products constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Last updated: August 20, 2026.
1. The Services
The system provides a platform for digital identity management, creation of bio-link landing pages, link shortening and routing, and the sale of NFC products. The service is provided in a SaaS model and also includes the supply of physical products: mini-sites and redirects, smart NFC cards, paid subscription plans and the Start plan granted as a benefit to customers who purchase a physical card, lead management (CRM) and analytics tools, an AI assistant for account management, campaigns and banners, and affiliate link tracking.
2. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability (As-Is)
The Services, including the software and the hardware, are provided as is and as available. The Company does not warrant that the service will be free of faults or available at all times without interruption. Liability cap: the total liability of the Company towards the User shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ILS 500, whichever is higher. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or damage to reputation.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
A zero tolerance policy towards abuse of the platform. Distributing malware, phishing fraud, spam and unlawful content are prohibited. Every account must have a real, identifiable person behind it, on the free plan as well; a pen name, professional alias or brand name is permitted, impersonation of another person or body is not. The name, likeness, trade mark or protected work of a third party may not be used as the identity of the account. Before deletion, notice is sent stating the grounds with an opportunity to respond within 14 days, and every deletion is a human decision rather than an automatic one.
5. Hardware Orders (NFC), Cancellations and Returns
A purchase of a product may be cancelled within 14 days of its receipt, subject to the Consumer Protection Law. The point of no return is the actual printing: a card that has not yet been printed, including one already sent to production, is cancelled in full and is not deducted from the refund, whereas a card that has been printed, shipped or delivered is a product made specially for the consumer and cannot be cancelled. Free delivery to the door, estimated within 5 business days. A 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects, which does not cover reasonable wear, water damage or physical damage caused by the user.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI services are provided through Google Vertex AI (the Gemini model) and include an assistant for account management, a personal AI agent that speaks with mini-site visitors on the account holder's behalf, a profile setup assistant, graphics generation and speech to text. AI responses may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional, legal, medical or financial advice; the user is the final decision maker and is responsible for every action carried out on their behalf. Conversations with the agents are retained to improve the service and monitor abuse, and are not transferred to third parties other than the AI provider for real-time processing.
9b. Public Visibility and Search Engine Crawling
A mini-site is a digital business card meant to be found, so by default it is visible to search engines, to AI engines and to social networks. The user may switch visibility off at any time from the advanced settings, on every plan including the free one. While visibility is on, the information published on the mini-site becomes public, and the user is solely responsible for not publishing sensitive, confidential or private information there. When visibility is switched off a noindex directive is added to the page, but the Company is not responsible for a cache held by a third-party search engine or for how long it takes that engine to update its results.
10. Subscriptions, Billing and Usage Cycles
Payment is taken immediately on purchase of the subscription. The subscription cycle begins on the date the physical card is received rather than the date of purchase, and full access to the dashboard is granted in the period between them. NFC cards are supplied encoded and ready for immediate use and are not a condition of any subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically, and for a term longer than six months a notice is sent before renewal. A price change is announced 30 days in advance and applies only from the start of the next billing period.
11. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Calculation
A subscription may be cancelled at any time through the Cancel subscription button in the account settings, without contacting support. A monthly subscription is cancelled with no cancellation fee and takes effect within 3 business days. An annual subscription cancelled within the 14 day cooling-off period is refunded in full with no cancellation fee; after that a pro-rated refund applies, calculated as (total paid minus the value of hardware benefits already produced) multiplied by (days remaining divided by days in the period paid for). For a card already printed the lower of the benefit value recorded for that card and ILS 250 is deducted; a card not yet printed is not deducted at all. The refund is never negative, and the full calculation is shown before confirmation.
17. Suspension and Closure of an Account
The user may request closure of the account at any time, and closure takes effect within 7 business days. The Company may suspend or close an account without prior notice for breach of these terms, suspected unlawful activity or fraud, non-payment after a 7 day grace period, or a request from a competent law enforcement authority. Once closure takes effect the data is retained for up to a further 30 days, solely so that it can be restored after an accidental closure or a fault, and is then permanently deleted. A data export may be requested before closure.
15. Age Restriction, 24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The service is intended for users over the age of 18 only, and on registering the user declares that they are of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel alone, and jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the State of Israel.
