Yes. The Free plan is available to everyone at no cost and with no credit card, including a mini-site, links and templates. On top of that, everyone who buys a physical LINX card gets the Start plan free for 12 months, with an NFC tag and premium design, after which you continue on Free or upgrade.
Upgrade at any moment from the plans page: an upgrade is a new purchase, and the new plan opens at once. Your previous plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, with no proration. Want to move to a lower plan? Talk to us. Yearly billing is like getting two months free.
The plan is the system: mini-site, CRM, analytics and AI agent. The physical card is a separate add-on, and almost every capability also works with a QR code or a link. The exception: content that opens only on a tap of the card itself.
